  • Writing Goals and Objectives - tool to train staff on writing measurable and individualized goals when people have significant support needs;
  • Objective Building Tool - resource to help build a measurable objective step by step; assists in writing individual objectives when persons have significant support needs; and
  • Goals Template - resource that assist matching functional needs with possible goals for persons with high-intensity support needs.

  • NDCPD’s CAC and CDAC have reviewed materials on issues important to our communities. Some of the items reviewed include issues pertaining to domestic violence and sexual assault.
